I will do my best to update you on the progress of your commission when I am available.

I retain all copyright over my works.

You may not claim my art as your own.

I have the right to decline any order for any reason.

You must provide image reference (PNG or JPG) for character, pose, etc.

You can use the finished artwork for Personal use. E.g., when the artwork does not earn you money (merchandise for personal use/ gifts for friends, display as banner/icon, posting on social media, use in stream schedules, personal story illustrations, roleplay art, collection etc.)

If you are to use my work you must make sure to credit me.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork. My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported. Likewise my works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

Payment is required 100% upfront. You may pay 50% upfront and pay the remaining 50% after you are notified that the artwork is completed.

If the full payment is not completed, you will not receive the full resolution files nor the rights to use it in any way.

Payment must be made through Paypal.

You are no longer eligible for a refund once the commission has started unless one of these situations apply: If I miss the set deadline without explanation. If it comes from my initiative (cancelling the order for whatever reason).

After receiving a refund, you will NOT receive the file of the artwork I have been working on so far, and are NOT allowed to use any of previous WIPs.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for unjust reasons.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address. You will be forbidden from ever commission me again.

Please approach me with an image reference of your character, pose and what you want first before asking for a commission. I'll either accept or deny it to save us both time.

Turnaround time will begin when the sketch is approved.

Turnaround time may be faster with good communication.

I do not accept rush fees.

I have the right to upload finished commissions unless stated exclusively by the client not to.

Adding an extra character will be met with additional fees. (2x Base Price)

You have a maximum of 3 revisions per commissions which you many use on the following phases: Sketch & Colour.

You are NOT allowed to use revisions in the rendering phase (unless there are minor mistakes) as it would be difficult to change at that point.

Every time when I send you a WIP, you're allowed (and encouraged) to let me know if you would like me to make any changes to the artwork.

You will receive 3 files when the commission is completed in PNG format (unless specified) on Google Drive: Watermarked file (for social media), Transparent Background and Unwatermarked file.

Please let me ahead of time if you'd like any effects to be added to the commission!

I only allow 2 Commissions at a time to avoid burnout and frustration, if I am full you may be put on a waitlist or outright denied.
